Project Description

TIAEU-2 is a prospective multicenter external validation study of the AI models developed in TIAEU. This extension aims to confirm the performance observed in the pilot study on a larger and more diverse population, including both university and peripheral hospitals.

Objectives

Primary: Validate AI model performance (FRENCH scale concordance) on an independent prospective multicenter cohort.

Secondary: Generalizability between academic/peripheral centers, performance by patient characteristics, optimal subgroups identification.

MR-004 methodology with declaration N° 27829025 to the Health Data Hub.
